George Chamberlain and his wife Mary. v. Sir John Middleton, Bart.: High sheriffs and under sheriffs of the county of York. Touching the execution of the office of under shrievalty by Wm. Banks, late of Skipton (York), gent., under sheriff to John Lambert, late of Calton (York), high sheriff. Touching the usage and custom of agreements or allowances by or between high sheriffs and under sheriffs of said county in an about the execution of said office of under shrievalty. Profits of office of high shrievalty. Salary of under sheriff. Passing sheriffs' accounts. Accounts of receipts and disbursements. Seizure of cattle upon defendant's lands "formerly the estate of the said Mr. Lambert" by virtue of Exchequer process upon said Lambert's lands, &c., &c.: York
