Description

Sir Isaac Rebow and his wife Dame Elizth, Wm. Clements, Robt. Constable. v. John Hancock, Richd. Colville, Edmd. Combe, Wm. Keen, Francis Keen.: Sealing, delivery, &c., of various deeds or writings, vizt., lease and re-lease dated 25th and 26th June in the year 1705, by Nich. Daniel. Lease and re-lease dated 4th and 5th Jan., 8 Wm. 3., 1696, made between Robt. Combes, of Dynton (Wilts), gent., of the one part, and Robt. Hide, of West Hatch, in the parish of Tisbury (Wilts), Esq., John Bowles, of Shaftesbury (Dorset), Esq., and Nich. Daniel, of Dynton, gent., of the other part, by which the said Robt. Combes did demise, &c., the manor of Brooke alias Gasper to the said Robt. Hide, John Bowles, and Nichs. Daniel; and articles of agreement dated 9 Dec. 1706, made between the Hon. Dame Elizabeth Wiseman, widow and relict of Sir Wm. Wiseman Knt. and Bart., Wm. Clements, of Doctors' Commons, London, Doctor of Laws, and Robt. Constable, of Doctors' Commons aforesaid, gent., trustees of and for the said Dame Elizth Wiseman, of the one part, and John Hancock, of Farley (Wilts), gent., of the other part, &c., &c.: Wilts
