John Beaumont and his wife Dorothy, "and others.": Value and disposition, &c., of the real and personal estate of the testator John Speccott (who was brother of defendant Dorothy), said estate, including the following demesne lands, viz., the Barton of Penheale, Wester Causend, Coombekeel, Tafoots, the small tithes of Coombekeel, and Tafoots, Trevanters, Goscott, the customary mills of the manor of Penheale, Vosper's tenements in Trevallet, the third part of Luppridge, the warren in Saint Cleere, the third part of Hedswell, the sheaf and small tithes of Luggers, Trevallet, North Hidon, Treross, fee-farm rent for the moiety of the manor of Launceston.
