Sir Edward Northey, Knt. (Attorney-General), on behalf of his Majesty. v. Moyle Breton, Nath. Denew, John Sansom, Wm. Window, Jane Boyes, widow.: Debt alleged to be due by Richd. Breton and Mary Breton to the defendant Sansom [a Crown debtor?], and a deed made between said Mary Breton, of London, widow (only daughter and heir of John Moyle, late of Buckwell, in the parish of Boughton Aluph (Kent), esquire), of the one part, and Bridget Moyle, of Buckwell, aforesaid, executrix of the last will and testament of said John Moyle, who was her late husband, of the other part, &c., &c.
