The Attorney-General, on behalf of Her (late) Majesty, and at the relation of John Tregenna, Esq., executor of the last will and testament of Edward Tregenna, gent. (his late father), Peter Courtney, gent., and John Jane, gent., informants. v. Wm. Adams,Jas. Wakam alias Wakeham.: Water or pool near Plymouth called "Sutton Pool." Touching the "accustomed dues, duties, or sums of money" claimed by the proprietors of said pool for anchorage, keelage, &c., &c. [Richard Arundel, Esq. (afterwards baron of Trerise) is mentioned as owner or part owner of said pool.] [See also 1 Geo. 1., Mich., No. 28 in this Calendar.]: Cornwall; Devon.
