(his late father), Peter Courtney, gent., and John Jane, gent., informants. v. Wm. Adams,Jas. Wakam alias Wakeham.: Water or pool near Plymouth called "Sutton Pool." Touching the "accustomed dues, duties, or sums of money" claimed by the proprietors of said pool for anchorage, keelage, &c., &c. [Richard Arundel, Esq.
