Rutter, junr., by said William his father and guardian.: Last will and testament of Peter Maddison, late of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, merchant, and a lease of the four-and-twentieth part of Stella Collieryin Ryton and Rysfield (Durham). Whether said four-and-twentieth part was settled by deed, upon the marriage of said Peter and Anne Bowes, upon their issue? To whom he devised or bequeathed said part in his will? Also touching the last will and testament and personal estate of Cuthbert Newton, &c., &c. [The names of Cuthbert Newton and his wife Anne, Anne and Elizth Maddison, daughters of said Peter Maddison, Elizth Tyson (plaintiff's late wife), and John Mould, of York City, are mentioned.]: York; Durham.
