Richard Little: Accounts between the plaintiff ("appointed and authorised to be one of the distributors of stampt paper, parchment, and vellum, in the county of North'ton, by Her Majestye's Co'missionrs for the managemt of that duty and revenue,") and the defendant, an agent of said plaintiff for the sale of said "stampt goods."
