Susan Allen, widow, Thomas Baseden, William Parton. v. Thos. Paris and his wife Elizabeth, Thos. Harris and his wife Martha, "lately called Martha Allen," Richard Haffenden, Edward Goulding.: Administration by the plaintiff Susan of the real and personalestate of John Allen, late of Biddenden (Kent), yeoman (plaintiff's late husband); said estate including a messuage or tenement and five acres of land in Biddenden, and a cottage in the occupation of Holme Wood. Mortgage, &c., &c. [The names of John Allen, late of Appledore (Kent), late brother of defendants Elizabeth and Martha, and nephew of said John Allen, and John Buckhurst, are mentioned.]: Kent
