Richd. Russell, James, Castle, Henry Castle, Richard Drinkwater, Anth. Roch, John Boone, Walter Thomas, David Rowe, Henry Rowe, Fras. Rowe, John Teague, Willm. Kicking, Henry Kicking, Richd. Jones. Hen. Butler, Hen. Gwyther, John Phillips, Anth. Hill. v.Thos. Ekyns, John Tremanheere, Peter Rattenburg.: Ship Adventure, of Penzance (Cornwall). Her seizure by a French man-of-war or privateer on her voyage from Penzance to the Scilly Islands; her being cast upon the seashore of the manor of Stackpoole (Cornwall), and a judgment (to the amount of 400l.) obtained by defendants against plaintiff's for the wrecking, &c., of said vessell. Touching the right of the lord of the manor of Stackpoole (Sir Gilbert Lort, Bart.) "to wrecks of the sea, floatsome, jetsam, and lagan," within said manor, &c., &c.
