Her seizure by a French man-of-war or privateer on her voyage from Penzance to the Scilly Islands; her being cast upon the seashore of the manor of Stackpoole (Cornwall), and a judgment (to the amount of 400l.) obtained by defendants against plaintiff's for the wrecking, &c., of said vessell. Touching the right of the lord of the manor of Stackpoole (Sir Gilbert Lort, Bart.) "to wrecks of the sea, floatsome, jetsam, and lagan," within said manor, &c., &c.
