John Russell, of Long Parish (Southampton), yeoman. v. Stephen Vidler, Richd. Skeate, Wm. Marsham.: Manor of Long Parish and the tithing of East Yaston and Middleton. Touching the lands of Richard Sharp (late father of plaintiff's wife) within said parish, and his "sole and separate right and liberty of fishery in the river which runs by or from the place called the Paper Mill Railes to the place called the Copper Moore Railes," and in all rivers in all common and commonable places in said tithings, "excepting only a liberty for the tennants of the said manor to fish for eels, culls, and crawfish with budgett netts, and excepting a liberty for the said lord or lords of the said manor of Long Parish to have three Royall draughts in case the said lord or lords should come to the said rivers in person." Also touching the payment of tithe to the vicar of Long Parish "for fish fishings or stone heapes," &c., &c. Customs of manor, tithes, &c.: Southampton.
