Defendant(s): John Tayler.

Touching the refusal of defendant to pay toll of market to the plaintiffs, because that "the toll dish the toll gatherer used in Kidderminster was larger than in other places" etc. Touching the comparative sizes of the market toll dishes kept and used in Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Kidderminster, and Bridgnorth.
