Description

Short title: Armiger v Long.

Plaintiff(s): Gabriel Armiger, administrator of the goods and chattels of James Long.

Defendant(s): Dame Dorothy Long, widow of Sir James Long, Bart.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament and personal estate, of Sir Robert Long, bart late auditor of the receipt of the Exchequer.Touching certain legacies bequeathed by said Sir Robert. [The names, of Sir James Long, bart (nephew of said Sir Robertt), James Long, esq, (son of said Sir James), Sir James Mason (one of the executors of said Sir Robert), and Sir Giles Long, bart (son of said James Long and grandson of said Sir James), are mentioned].

County/place: Wiltshire.
