Short title: Emans v Cock.

Plaintiff(s): John Emans.

Defendant(s): Benjamin Cock and his wife Elizabeth, John Potter.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament, and goods, and effects, of John Stone, late of St Giles's parish, in Colchester, "baymaker" and Ann Stone, relict of said John and mother of now plaintiff.

County/place: Essex.

Date of commission: 27 June 1694.
