Subject of depositions: "Tithes of lead oare. The scope of the plaintiff's bill being to have a discovery of and satisfacc'ion for a customary duty of lead oare called the tythe or tenth dish of all lead oare gotten by the defts. within the parish of Hartington, and the tytheable places thereof within the wapentake of Wirksworth, in Derby, dureinge five yeares and upwards before the exhibiting of the plaintiff's bill." Tithes.
