Description

Short title: Barter v Henning.

Plaintiff(s): William Barter.

Defendant(s): Charles Henning and his wife Joane, Richard Harvey and his wife Clara.

Subject of depositions: Messuage, in Packham or Sandhill called "Bothwell Shutt" in the parish of Fordingbridge, lately belonging to Ralph Casbert, of Fordingbridge (late brother of defendants Joane and Clara). Touching a mortgage, lease, and release.

County/place: Hampshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 19 January 1694 at Forthingbridge alias Fordingbridge, delivered into Court 8 May 1694.
