Plaintiff(s): The bailiffe and burgesses of the borough of Kidderminster, Nichs Blankley, Thomas Hughes alias Price, Thomas Willis, John Lynes alias Sugar.
Defendant(s): John Taylor.
Subject of depositions: Town and borough of Kidderminster. Custom of tolls of fairs and markets said to have been granted to John Lord Bergevenny, and demised by him to William Dyke for the natural lives of said William and of Sir John Rivers, bart and Henry Weller, gent. and demised and granted by said William by indenture of lease dated 18 February 20 Chas II 1667, to the bailiffe, of Kidderminster for the term of 40 years. Touching the refusal of defendant to pay toll for wheat, rye, munkcorn, brought by him into said town.
