Description

Short title: Puleston v Humfreys.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Roger Puleston, kt.

Defendant(s): John Humfreys, John Sedgwick, Randle Clutton.

Subject of depositions: Messuages or dwelling-houses in Mulsford, in the parish of Worthenbury. Touching a claim to "a seat, pew, or bench" in Worthenbury church "in time of divine service and sermons" in right of said messuages.

County/place: Flintshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1694.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 May 1694 at Worthenbury.
