Short title: Abbott v Hicks.

Plaintiff(s): John Abbott, clerk.

Defendant(s): Sir Michael Hicks, kt.

Subject of depositions: Rectory, parish, and manor of Great Whitcomb (Gloucestershire), and a wood in said parish lately belonging to Sir William Hicks (defendant's late father). Tithes.
