Touching the several towns belonging to the soake of Bullingbrooke, and the fens called the East Fenns, the Ea or Haven commonly called Wainfleet Ea and Wainfleet Haven, the towns called "the Levell Towns" namely Wainfleet, Croft, Firsby, Bratoft, and Irby (Lincolnshire). Touching the orders and decrees of the Commissioners of Sewers (defendants and others) about cleansing and scowring said haven.
