Plaintiff(s): Sir John Champante, kt.

Defendant(s): The Right Honble. Richard Earl of Ranelagh, Joseph Dean, John Stepney, Sir Robert Dashwood, kt and bart Sir Samuel Dashwood, kt, John Perry, esq, Edward Noell, esquire, executors of George Dashwood, esq, Rachel Viscountess Dowager of Falkland, John Hayes, esq, Arthur Moore, Mr Blake, merchant, executors of Sir James Hayes, kt, and others.

Subject of depositions: "His Ma'tyes revenue with which Sir John Champante, kt, Depy Receiver Genl of Ireland is chargeable as by him recd upon the accot of the Ld Ranelagh, late Comrs of His Ma'tyes Trea'ry, from 13th November 1671 to the 24th June 1677" etc. Accounts, etc. Vouchers, etc.
