Description

Short title: Furner v Paradice.

Plaintiff(s): William Furner (an infant), by John Oliver his next friend and guardian.

Defendant(s): Ambrose Paradice, John Furner, the younger, Mary Furner, widow.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of John Paradice, late of Seene (Wiltshire), gent. Whether a blank left in said will for the name of a legatee was filled up by said testator with the name of John Furner, under the supposition that the plaintiff's name was John? etc.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 January 1694 at Devizes.
