Short title: Feltham v Feltham.

Plaintiff(s): David Feltham.

Defendant(s): Hester Feltham, widow, George Chappell.

Subject of depositions: Agreement between the parties to the suit touching the household goods and chattels given to the defendant by the last will and testament of Thomas Feltham (plaintiff's late father and defendant's late husband).

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1693.
