Description

Short title: Gardner v Aycrigge.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Gardner.

Defendant(s): Richard Aycrigge, and others.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Anthony Smith, late of Fisherton Anger, innholder, who was supplied with beer, by the now plaintiff (a brewer), and the estate of said Smith in Fisherton Anger, Stoford, Newton. Touching his debts, etc.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 22 January 1694 at East Harnham.
