Plaintiff(s): William Deere.
Defendant(s): Sir William Mansell, bart William Aubrey, Rowland Hughes, Charles Jevans, William Thomas, John Henson.
Subject of depositions: Execution of the office of "sheriffwick" of Glamorgan, lately filled by the defendant Mansell. Touching the escape of prisoners from the county gaol during said "sheriffwick" and suits against the sheriff consequent upon such negligence; and actions brought by him against his deputy and his deputy's securities.
County/place: Glamorgan.
Date of commission: 28 November 1693.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 January 1694 at Cardiff.
