Description

Short title: Plaxton v Martin.

Plaintiff(s): George Plaxton, clerk.

Defendant(s): Bartholomew Martin, Giles Martin.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Donnington and the parish of Albrighton (Shropshire), and granges called Colford Grange, Ruckly Grange, Ulmer or Shuckly Grange, and Walton Grange. To what abbey said granges formerly belonged? Whether Colford Grange belonged to the late abbey of Buildwas? etc. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Shropshire.

Date of commission: 25 November 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 January 1694 at Albrighton.
