Description

Short title: Dixie v Deacon.

Plaintiff(s): John Dixie, clerk.

Defendant(s): Thomas Deacon alias Francis, William Allcocke alias Adcocke, John Gardner, James Gardner, Elizbth. Burton, widow, some of the defendants.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Market Bosworth and the lordship, village, or town of Barleston, and the tithe barne in said village, and the grounds belonging to Barleston Hall, formerly held by Mr Archer. Tithes.

County/place: Leicestershire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 29 January 1694 at Market Bosworth.
