Defendant(s): Daniel Danvers, sugar baker.
Subject of depositions: Supply of oats to Mr James Vickars (heretofore deputy commissary for their Majesties in or about the counties of Chester and Lancaster) for their Majesties' army in Ireland. Touching a treaty (or contract?) between the plaintiff and defendant, that defendant should supply "right good oates and of the growth of that county of Lancaster" as being superior to Welsh grown; and his alleged non-performance of said agreement by supplying "Milford oates" and not of the groweth of Lancashire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1693.
