Short title: Dore v Hulbert.
Plaintiff(s): Richard Dore.
Defendant(s): Edward Hulbert.
Subject of depositions: Two houses at Kingshill, in the parish of Nailshey (Somerset), which Lewis Skidmer alias Skidner (late of the parish of Almondesbury (Gloucestershire)), blacksmith, died possessed of. Touching the last will of said Lewis, ofwhich Elianor Hulbert (defendant's aunt) was executrix, and the last will and testament of said Elianor.
County/place: Somerset.
Date of commission: 5 July 1693.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 October 1693 at Mells.
