Description

Short title: Bethel v Hunter.

Plaintiff(s): Hugh Bethel.

Defendant(s): Samuel Hunter.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Frodingham alias North Frodingham, and defendant's lands there called the "Old Farme" or "Old Tenure." How much fee-farm rent is yearly paid to the Crown? and how much rent is or ought to be yearly paid for every oxgang thereof by him that is thereof seised or possessed to the lord of said manor towards the makinge up and paying the said fee-farm rent? etc. Customs of said manor. Tolls of fairs and markets.

County/place: Yorkshire.
