Short title: Ponder v Hill.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Ponder.

Defendant(s): Edward Hill, Nathanl Hill, William Stephens, Ralph Palmer, Thomas Shortland, Josh. Shortland, Chrisr Mold alias Mow.

Subject of depositions: Hospital called Jesus Hospital in Rowell, and the rectory, vicarage, and manor of Rowell alias Rothwell, and tithes in Rowellaforesaid, and Orton (Northamptonshire). Tithes.
