Description

Short title: Poole v Draper.

Plaintiff(s): Barnabas Poole, clerk.

Defendant(s): Mary Draper, widow, and her daughter Mary Draper, spinster, by the said Mary Draper, widow, her guardian.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Braylesford, and a farm, called "Culland Farm" lately belonging to Robert Draper (defendant's late husband). Tithes.

County/place: Derbyshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 24 October 1693 at Braylesford.
