Description

Short title: Brereton v Seaman.

Plaintiff(s): Andrew Brereton, debtor and accomptant to the Crown.

Defendant(s): Thomas Seaman, late High Sheriff of Norfolk.

Subject of depositions: Execution of, and the expenses belonging to the office of "sheriffalty" of Norfolk (lately filled by the defendant), and of the office of the under shrievalty (lately filled by plaintiff). Accounts.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 13 February 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 and 5 April 1693 at Norwich.
