Description

Short title: Wilkins v Lord Beaumont.

Plaintiff(s): John Wilkins.

Defendant(s): Thomas Lord Beaumont, Viscount Swords in the Kingdom of Ireland.

Subject of depositions: Piece of ground in Swanington (Leicestershire), called "Villiers Piece" alias "Silver Hill" the getting of coals in said ground and in the mannor or within the liberties of Colcoverton, etc. Lease.

County/place: Leicestershire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 2 May 1693 at Ashby de la Zouch.
