Description

Short title: Treby v Prestny.

Plaintiff(s): Sir George Treby, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Andrew Prestny, William Baker, William Crick.

Subject of depositions: "John Croke who was attainted at the assizes holden at Chelmsford, in and for Essex, on the 3rd September (2 William and Mary) for felony, murder by him committed, and who was afterwards executed for the same" etc. What monies were owing by defendants to said John Cooke? etc.

County/place: Essex.

Date of commission: 13 February 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 27 April 1693 at Colchester.
