Description

Short title: Dodd v Corker.

Plaintiff(s): George Dodd. John Goldsmith, Stepn Denston, Henry Turner, John Wright, Thomas Prachett.

Defendant(s): Thomas Corker.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament and estate of Edward Hankey, late of Namptwich (Cheshire), tanner, deceased. His debts. [The names, of Thomas Hankey (brother of said Edward), Thomas Hankey (son of said Edward), and John Tench, tanner, are mentioned].
