Description

Short title: Salter v Skinner.

Plaintiff(s): Anthony Salter.

Defendant(s): William Skinner, Walter Bogan.

Subject of depositions: Real and personal estate of Thomas Prowse, late of Hillersdon (Devon), deceased, including lands in Milverton (Somerset), and lands in Dunxwell (Devon), called Woolford Church, Peirsey, Pettplace, and Downe Close. [The names and possessions of Mrs Reeves, formerly the relict of John Prowse (elder brother of said Thos, Prowse), James Calwodleigh, George Clarke (sometime of Tiverton, Devon), and Thomas Bere (sometime of Huntsham) are mentioned.

Date of commission: 13 February 1693.
