Description

Short title: Cossart v Allen.

Plaintiff(s): Abraham Cossart, merchant.

Defendant(s): Thomas Allen.

Subject of depositions: Bale of "yellow thorn berries" said to have been grown and dried in the bounds of the city of Alicant and the neighbouring town of Xexona, in the "kingdom of Valencia" (Spain), sent to Holland, and thence shipped to England.

County/place: Holland; Spain; England.

Date of commission: 12 November 1692.
