Plaintiff(s): Sir John Skeffington, bart the Lord Viscount Mazareene in the kingdom of Ireland, the Honourable Clotworthy Skeffington.
Defendant(s): Robert Masters.
Subject of depositions: Two debts of fifty pounds and twenty-nine pounds owing by plaintiffs respectively to Mr Thomas Tyther, a woollen draper of London, which the plaintiffs allege have been paid, but they having been forced to fly from Antrim in Ireland to escape from the rebels in the year 1688 they cannot bring proofs of such payment as their house there was plundered of their papers and writings.
