Subject of depositions: River of Severn "running within the liberties of the cittie of Worcester, and a stone bridge over said river within said liberties, and keys or wharfs there adjoyninge to the said river, alsoe made with stone." Touching the charges of maintaining and repairing of said bridge and wharfs or keys. Also touching the "damage caused by persons who pass said river under said bridge striking iron hooks into ye stone worke of said bridge to hale their barges thro' ye arches thereof wherby ye stones of said bridge are much loosened" etc.
