Subject of depositions: Rectories and parishes of Owston and Haxey, said to have been leased by the Archbishop of York to Samuel Sandys, and by said Sandys to the plaintiff; and touching the lordship of Low Mellwood, said to have been formerly one of the greater monasteries and to still retain the name of the priory of Low Mellwood, and to be exempted and discharged from the payment of tithes.
