Description

Short title: Bacon v Goate.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Bacon, bart.

Defendant(s): Edward Goate.

Subject of depositions: Value, etc. of the personal estate of Sir Edmond Bacon, of Redgrave, bart deceased, "anncistor of the said compl't." What part of said estate came to the hands of defendant Goate (one of the executors), and what part to Sir Robert Baldock? Also touching real estate (value of, etc) of said Sir Edmond, including Ryburgh mill, in Norfolk.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 12 February 1692.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 12 April 1692 at Scoole.
