Description

Short title: Cowling v Ewbancke.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Cowling, Robert Smith, and others.

Defendant(s): Thomas Ewbancke.

Subject of depositions: "A staith and four salt pans built thereupon adjoining on or neare to the north side of the River of Blithe, in the parish of Bedlington (Durham), leased by defendant to plaintiffs" etc.

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 12 February 1692.
