Description

Short title: Lord Clifford v Robinson.

Plaintiff(s): Hugh Lord Clifford, Baron of Chudley.

Defendant(s): Robert Robinson.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Preston Patrick, in Westmorland, and a close called "Dacres Close" lying within the township of Holmscales, and the rectory and vicarage of Burton in Kendall (Westmorland). Tithes.

County/place: Westmorland.

Date of commission: 12 February 1692.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 April 1692 at Crooklands.
