Description

Short title: Peake v Hemings.

Plaintiff(s): John Peake.

Defendant(s): Thomas Hemings.

Subject of depositions: Messuage or tenement called "Thickins House" and the lands belonging (in the possession of plaintiff and defendant), situate in the parish of Keele, in Stafford), and held by lease from Mr Sneyd. Mortgage.

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1691.
