Description

Short title: Aldworth v Pile.

Plaintiff(s): William Aldworth.

Defendant(s): George Pile, Maurice Emmett.

Subject of depositions: Pulling down of a house at Frogmore, near Windsor, belonging to the plaintiff, and the building of a new house near the same place by the defendant Pile. Touching differences between said parties about said building, and the arbitration of defendant Maurice between them, and his award as to admeasurements. Bonds of arbitration.

County/place: Berkshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1691.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 January 1692 at New Windsor.
