Description

Short title: Peake v Hemmings.

Plaintiff(s): John Peake.

Defendant(s): Thomas Hemmings.

Subject of depositions: Tenement called Thickins House, with the lands belonging in the parish of Keele (Staffordshire). Touching contempts of court alleged to have been committed by the defendant in defying an injunction of said court.

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1691.
