Plaintiff(s): John Tayler, clerk.
Defendant(s): Francis Wigmore.
Subject of depositions: Manor and rectory of Hopton Wafers (Shropshire), and the capital messuage and lands in the parish of Hopton Wafers, belonging to defendant. Whether said messuage, etc. are parcel of the demesnes of said manor, and both formerly and now the estate or inheritance of the Hydes of Hopton? Also touching lands in said parish called "Whitefield" and "Hook's Furlong" etc. Tithes.
County/place: Worcestershire; Shropshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1691.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 January 1692 at Bewdley.
