Plaintiff(s): Thomas Sheppard the elder, Robert Sheppard.

Defendant(s): Robert Birkett, John Sleddall, Martin Borwick.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Kendal (Westmorland). Tithes. [The possessions of Sir John Otway, of Ingmire Hall (Yorkshire), knight, are mentioned].
