Plaintiff(s): John Webb, clerk, rector of Breedon.
Defendant(s): James Cockayne, William Dobbins, William Rayer.
Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Breedon, in (Worcestershire), and the village or hamlet of Cuttisden, and the common fields and "downes or sleights" and Townhill to said village belonging. Metes and bounds. Right of common of pasture of the rector of Breedon on said "downes".
County/place: Gloucestershire; Worcestershire.
Date of commission: 28 January 1691.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 5 February 1691 at Ford, delivered into Court 1 December 1691.
