Short title: Weedon v Lomax.

Plaintiff(s): Ezechiell Weedon, Thomas Halsey, Robert Smith, Thomas Bradden, George Rose, Francis King, Richard Halsey, William Carbury, Thomas Crawley, tenants of Westbrook Hay.

Defendant(s): Thomas Lomax.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Westbrook Hay (Hertford), of which the now defendant is lord. Customs of manor. Joshua Lomax (defendant's late father), and Sir Thomas Ingham, lords of said manor, and Richard Shakemaple, bailiff thereof, are mentioned].

County/place: Hertford.

Date of commission: 1 July 1691.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 September 1691 at Hemelhempsted.
